The Partial Hospital Program provides an alternative to hospitalization for psychiatrically (mentally) ill people. It is for persons who require more intensive treatment than outpatient office visits, but less restrictive than 24-hour inpatient care. Clients receive psychiatric evaluations and an individualized treatment plan. A multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, nurses and occupational therapists provide care. Through collaboration amongst staff, therapists, the client and his or her family, and community resources, this program assists the client in achieving the highest possible level of emotional stability and independent living.
The Chemical Dependency Recovery Program provides outpatient treatment for chemically dependent persons in a safe, confidential and supportive environment. Meeting three afternoons per week, clients participate with a multidisciplinary team in a group setting. According to their individualized treatment plan, clients are provided with learning experiences that will assist them in reaching sobriety within the family and the community.
