Monday-Friday 9-6 We pick up messages and are on call for after hours and weekends when necessary for equipment issues.
- Description of Service:
We install, service, maintain Lifeline emergency response service to members of the community who have concerns about their health and safety at home.

Monday-Friday 9-6 If we are out of the office and on the road providing service, we have a phone menu with info for those needing immediate assistance so they can be connected to the Lifeline response center for equipment issues or to set up new service. The response center has our cell phone numbers if they need to reach us for equipment issues.
- Pre-Procedure/Test - Patient Preps:
Referrals are called in or faxed to us. Pertinent information is gathered with the primary contact, typically a family member or potential subscriber themselves to set up a careplan and appointment to install the service.
